Double room for 2 students (Barcelona)

I'm looking for 2 erasmus students (girls or boys) for 1 double room (total price: 460 €/month, I mean, 230 €/month per person). In this price are included light, water, gas, phone and internet ADSL expenses. The room will be available from 22th August and the periode of the stay can be between 5 months and 1 year.

It's a students flat that has 2 double rooms available. One of them is exterior and shares the bathroom with the single room. The other double room is interior and has a private bathroom. In both cases, the price is the same: 230 €/month per person (in total, 460 €/month for the double room).

Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, laundry, tv-video, air conditioning and heating. Everything is completely furnished and full-equipped. Address: very close to the Ildefons Cerdà Square. I can send to you photos of the flat and a map to explain where it's located.
